Meet the Team

As Chief Operations Officer in the United States, Charley Kent provides expert leadership, training, and guidance to ministry staff and volunteers in the United States and Haiti.  He manages construction projects in Haiti, develops, implements, and manages policies and procedures for the United States and Haitian staff.  Charley also directs our technology department which includes our website, automated accounting system,  and social media.

Lafayette Cope is a Senior Executive and leads a Global Technology Team with Nielsen IQ.  Lafayette serves as Board President and is an integral leader on the Grace for Glory Global Ministries team.  He assists with implementing programs and processes instrumental in raising up strong leaders within the organization. He helps cast vision and align the organization with God’s vision and mission.

Annie Kent manages and Directs our Marketing Teams in the United States and Haiti.  She plans, evaluates, and develops marketing strategies and schedules.  Annie develops marketing content and design for newsletters, social media, projects, and campaigns.  Annie leads the development and distribution of marketing materials and maintains our brand and online presence. 

Sandra Cope reports directly to the CEO and manages all daily financial operations.  She is responsible for our automated bookkeeping system and report generation.  Sandra also assists with budgets, financial forecasting, and works directly with our Accountants office. 

Sebastien Jean reports directly to the CEO, and is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and managing activities, programs, businesses, and staff in Haiti.   Sebastien also serves as Senior Pastor of Grace for Glory Christian Church and oversees Grace for Glory Christian School.

Robert Guerrier trains, develops, and manages Superstore staff, inventory, and sales.  He develops and executes sales strategies, and performance goals.  Implements plans and procedures to increase sales and maximize revenue.  Maintains and submits detailed records and reports on inventory, sales, and earnings. Robert also serves as Associate Pastor of Grace for Glory Christian Church.
